  Never going back. Always high pressure to upsell insurance I don't need. Ive since been to the Mont Belvue store and shipped a package containing the same thing and paid 30 dollars less. Customer service is abismal and operations are always slow. I love UPS, but this shop needs new staff and systems to handle the load of customers who obviously need the service. I blew up the last time I was there because of the just direct rude attitude. I'll never go back. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

  My go to store for returns. Even when they’re busy it’s always a fast moving line and never feels understaffed.

  I visited The UPS Store on 02/17/2026, around 12:30pm. The cashier who assisted me was a white complexion female, approximately 5’6” to 5’8”, with a heavier build and very noticeable heavy blush makeup across her cheeks and all her forehead. When I approached the counter, she gave me a visibly unpleasant look, did not greet me, and did not say a single word during the transaction. She handed me my receipt without acknowledgment. However, she was warm, smiling, and conversational with the customer before me and immediately after me. The difference in treatment was obvious and uncomfortable. I am Hispanic, and both customers before and after me appeared white. While I cannot confirm intent, the contrast in service raises serious concerns about discriminatory treatment. Every customer deserves consistent professionalism and respect. I hope management reviews camera footage from that time and addresses this appropriately

  No STARS for this store, because I trusted them to deliver an important package worth so much, and it mysteriously grew legs walked out the place and nobody knows nothing. Then want to give $10 for losing it, when I paid more than that to ship it. Don’t trust this place at all with nothing important to ship for you.
