I was going to leave a bad review about the heavy set bald black guy, and started reading the other reviews...(Same guy) talk about hating your job?! Guy wouldn't even look up, was to busy scrolling through his phone. Responding in condescending replies and not replying at all to one question. Tossing/ handling package and receipts as if it was a bother to do his job. I'm not a fan of robotics taking people's job, but honestly if a robot took this man's job, it would be a whole better experience that's for sure. When you have a troubled employee, you fix it, you don't keep the employee to accommodate them. I Think management is scared to let him go? Any response to my review from management would be great! Maybe it would help me and others understand what's really going on at this place, because as it looks right now, there's nothing but incompetent personnel working at this place.

this place steals your mail. I had a package shipped to my house within this usps area.....77521 zip code. They marked as delivered to parcel locker but the key was not in my mail box. BEWARE!!!!!! This place is obviously stealing packages. I have filed a claim with US Postal Inspection!!!!

As all other reviews, the bald African man on the far left register is extremely rude as are all the other employees. He smacks his lips when you make a request or ask to borrow a pen. His attitude is awful. He has zero business in customer service. Today he and the lady working the far right register were in an argument in front of at least 5 customers. Extreme hostile work environment. Need to fire everyone at this office and start over because they're all so rude. I avoid this particular usps as often as possible and drive all the way to Highlands because of it. I have a friend who works at a prestigious firm in Baytown and he about made her cry he was so awful to her. They are running off all of your customers. Need major help here!

I read the reviews and we are all complaining about the same person! Maybe it's time for the management to talk to him? Just an idea.... This is a bald, African American guy very full of himself who bullies customers on a regular basis. Last time I was there I asked to buy some stamps and he gave me the format of 20. I simply asked if they had smaller formats and instead of answering my question he scramed at me to tell him how many stamps I needed. I repeated my question calmly in the most clear English and he screamed again that if I didn't tell him how many stamps I needed I would had to leave. So I told him to give me any format he had, just to de-escalate the situation. When I went outside I found two other pissed customers complaining about the same guy, and I happily joined the conversation. So what's wrong with that guy? Why don't you put nice and smiling people to deal with the public? It just seems common sense!
