  If I could give this store zero stars I would. The young ladies that work in this store are RUDE!! Saying good morning and thank you and having a simple conversation is out of the question. No response. After I called her out on it she then attacked me and I can leave the store. I don’t need to be there. I then told her I would like her name and the manager with the colored hair how appropriate is that stepped in and said You can leave she doesn’t have to respond to you. Wow since when do you not have to treat your customers with respect I’m just wondering? then she picked up her phone to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave simply because I was asking for her name. I left because the drama is not needed. But I will not leave you quietly. I will let everyone else know. These two girls are very rude. A simple good morning how are you doing? Is all I said and got zero response. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different location. I will never spend another dollar in the store.

  Kudos to Victoria! I was having trouble uploading my print job online, so I called and Victoria encouraged me to e-mail it to the store. She received my print job via e-mail, and called to let me know it was ready. Her phone etiquette was outstanding, and when I entered the store, she immediately greeted me, and said she'll be right with me. Victoria has fantastic manners, customer service skills, and was just as kind in-person as she was on the phone! I was very impressed! ~ Heather Tolleson

  Medical masks are not mandatory per Governor Order. There is also a stipulations in Harris county orders that say medical conditions are an exemption to wearing one. I happen to have a severe medical condition that prevents me from wearing one yet this store refuses to assist me in any way shape or form so that I may send off my child's broken school computer so that we may get a replacement so that she can continue her education. Mind you the lady at the counter pulled her mask down to ask me if I had a mask. I will not return to this location. LET ME ADD SINCE YOUR REPLY... ABBOTT RELEASED AN ORDER SEPTEMBER 17TH THAT NO LONGER CALLS FOR MANDATES ON MASKS. MAYBE AS A BUSINESS OWNER YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDERS.... THE ORDER YOU REFER TO FROM JUNE IS NOT ONLY PUT OF DATE, BUT ALSO STATES THAT MEDICAL CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE AN EXCEPTION FOR SOME INDIVIDUALS.
