  If I could give zero stars I would. I have to go to this store often, every single time they act as if I am bothering them. I go out of my way to greet them, to ask how they are doing, etc. They are not helpful, they do not want customers there, and you are made to feel as if you were a huge burden on them. I do not understand why a company would allow their employees to mistreat clients. Shame on UPS.

  Despite me telling ups I wouldn't be home. They attempted a delivery twice. When I was home on Friday, they did not come, left me home when I could have gone out with my family, and then canceled the delivery for no reason. ups is awful

  Every time I come to this location, the computer is down, the internet isn’t working, or they tell me they can’t ship packages. I always end up having to do everything online myself because they don’t handle any of the work. The staff — especially the one with the multicolor hair — is consistently rude. Honestly, this place has become so unreliable that I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I’m about ready to switch to USPS and take my chances.

  If I could give this store zero stars I would. The young ladies that work in this store are RUDE!! Saying good morning and thank you and having a simple conversation is out of the question. No response. After I called her out on it she then attacked me and I can leave the store. I don’t need to be there. I then told her I would like her name and the manager with the colored hair how appropriate is that stepped in and said You can leave she doesn’t have to respond to you. Wow since when do you not have to treat your customers with respect I’m just wondering? then she picked up her phone to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave simply because I was asking for her name. I left because the drama is not needed. But I will not leave you quietly. I will let everyone else know. These two girls are very rude. A simple good morning how are you doing? Is all I said and got zero response. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different location. I will never spend another dollar in the store.
