Customer service told me to go to the store. I even had customer service on the phone in the store and both people couldn't help me. I'd rather send my packages with a carrier pigeonthen use fedex again.

Everything I have had printed or made at this location has turned out very well. This location is very busy so plan accordingly. It’s the only FedEx print and ship location in the area.
- JHjesus haroAug 20, 20251.0Just wanted to let everyone know what happened so I had the driver come up to me in a square box truck it was not marked as FedEx and the driver was really impatient he handed me the box with the label up quickly change the conversation to what I was doing at home I guess so that I could forget to check the box all the way around which I did, but it wasn’t until I was done working on my car as soon as the driver gave it to me, he jumped in his !!!!BUDGET!!!!!!truck and took off quite fast. I honestly couldn’t believe how reckless he was driving being in the neighborhood where there’s kid coming out to play. Like I said, I’m frustrated. I’m very disappointed. I have never ever had this happen to me so when I went to open the box, I quickly realize that the box has clear tape on it, which it looks like you’ve been tampered with. Well, I opened it only to quickly realize that side where the serial number is on the AirPods top cover, and the AirPods and plus the charger were missing This is not the first time that FedEx has delivered to my home, but this is the first time that I have seen this gentleman. and it’s only means one thing is this happen on delivery? If he was supposed to be there at 1:00pm to 3:45pm. It’s just really weird that he was there at. 6:23pm

Well the driver took a picture of the place and said the package was successfully delivered. And now Lord knows where my package is. FedEx "exhausted" their search options and closed my ticket.
