- DDDownfromtheskyFeb 20, 20261.0Why is this location closed on a Saturday? My package was supposed to get delivered today via priority overnight and coming here on a Saturday instead. Because of those location hours and Saturday closure, I have to wait all the way until Monday. I’m also out $60 for paying for overnight shipping. Also, their hours are too late for a morning person to get before work and too late for people like me who get off at 6pm

Customer service told me to go to the store. I even had customer service on the phone in the store and both people couldn't help me. I'd rather send my packages with a carrier pigeonthen use fedex again.

Everything I have had printed or made at this location has turned out very well. This location is very busy so plan accordingly. It’s the only FedEx print and ship location in the area.

Well the driver took a picture of the place and said the package was successfully delivered. And now Lord knows where my package is. FedEx "exhausted" their search options and closed my ticket.
