Employees were friendly and services was good, but investing a little to allow customers to scan a QR code from their phone, print a label, and drop it off right there would bring them into this decade. When they do that, I will adjust my review accordingly.

Even when they are crushed with customers, they keep pace and keep a great attitude. We are frequent Amazon shoppers and do a fair number of returns. This location is BETTER than some others in terms of making the process easy, adding a strap of tape if you need it, and getting you going. Keep up the great work!
