Update: Granger didn't take this complaint seriously and I had to open a new complaint with BBB and corporate. Justine is now leaving my boxes at the neighbors gate which makes no sense considering I almost lost my new phone to them and it would have fit my my locked mailbox. She has been shown where to put larger packages 3 times now but makes it up every time she is here. I hope I get a new mail carrier soon. As a rural Granger homeowner, I’ve faced USPS failures at Granger, Taylor, and Bartlett offices over a botched address duplication from a fraudulent survey to dumping neighbors’ mail in my boxes. Carrier Justine withheld mail after my neighbor connected to addressing said she wanted to make my boyfriends life a "living hell" the first time they met. Justine lied about “safety,” returned packages ($500+ loss), and damaged my mailbox. The neighbor now has a box on my abstract with the same number and continues to muddy and ruin all deliveries. On 10/11/25, off-duty Justine coached a new carrier to trespass my easement, pressure me to accept unscanned letters from my neighbor, and harass me, blaming neighbors for their errors. Complaint [ref:!00Dj00GyYH.!500eq0scB8L:ref] ignored. Postmaster Lydia (Bartlett) rejected delivery, falsely claiming “safety,” and closed my case, dodging accountability for Justine’s violations of POM 631, ELM 665.16, and POM 316. The house they are working with was listed as a teardown and shouldn't even have a mailbox which violates USPS Pub 28 Lydia ignored: Why reject mail? Who fixes my mailbox? Why allow neighbor’s box on my abstract? Why reuse 1600 despite my utilities/DMV? Off-duty Justine’s “training” via phone to hand-deliver harassing mail is unacceptable. Fire Justine/Lydia, fix addresses, replace my mailbox, reimburse losses—or face OIG, AG, TREC action. Avoid these offices; they enable fraud and harassment.

Somewhat good service. I'm rural so they use contractors to deliver the mail. We had a great lady before but now the service has dropped off a little. The new delivery person doesn't always close the door to our postal box. This causes our mail to scatter down the road. She likes to fold everything, even magazines. I can't stand reading a folded magazine. At least she's personable and trying to do the best job that she can. Perhaps with time.
