- CHChrystal HatfieldFeb 24, 20261.0Love how our mail carriers think that putting a box that doesnt fit in the mail box is a successful delivery. That walking it the few feet to my porch was so difficult they had to try and stuff it in the mailbox door that wouldnt fit and it stuck out so anyone driving by could just grab and take it! Thankfully my item i purchased was not damaged. The care these people have for our things is so wonderful!!! I did put in a complaint.

I stopped in last week and she told me I could come in after holiday price hikes and my package was NOT hazardous after multiple other locations either told me they could not send my package at all or would cost FAR too much to send my 2.9oz package. I very much appreciate an honest worker. Thank you Elizabeth! I drove way out of my way just so I could send my package though her since I knew she was kind and honest. She remembered me as I walked into the door too, that always feels good :)

She showed no interest in providing customer service and refused to help me mail my Christmas cards in the proper envelope. She suggested I go buy one at a store and said she had the right to refuse my service. She has been there too long to not care about the type of service she’s providing.

If you are going to work at a place where you have to talk to people I would imagine you would speak or at the very least understand simple english🤦♂️and that's not even the worst part! Whoever the hell the current driver is WILL NOT give me any packages or MAIL if someone isn't outside for him to hand it to but will automatically have the stupid slip ready and not even come to a full stop putting it in the mail box. Even if the package/mail can very easily fit into the mailbox🤦♂️absolute laziness
