If you are going to work at a place where you have to talk to people I would imagine you would speak or at the very least understand simple english🤦♂️and that's not even the worst part! Whoever the hell the current driver is WILL NOT give me any packages or MAIL if someone isn't outside for him to hand it to but will automatically have the stupid slip ready and not even come to a full stop putting it in the mail box. Even if the package/mail can very easily fit into the mailbox🤦♂️absolute laziness

- MZMagy ZavaletaMay 28, 20251.0Esta señorita llamada Elizabeth es una chica muy grosera para atender a los clientes de esta oficina nunca me dijo que debía poner una aseguranza que cubra lo que vale el artículo que estaba envinado cuando le dije que quería poner la aseguranza me dijo que tenía una de 8 dollar que solo cubría 100 cuando el artículo vale 600 le dije que quería agregar una más para el valor y dijo que no podía cancelar la transacción le dije que aria denuevo la línea para que me la hiciera de nuevo con esa eran dos veces que me regresaba porque se le nota que esta desesperada por irse no se porque no quieren hacer su trabajo si para eso pagamos para un buen servicio me pase para hacer denuevo la línea de y muy molesta me dijo que no me hiba atender y quito todo de la caja y se fue a otra caja es una grosera ni vayan ai tampoco me quiso dar información de su manager para presentar una queja según ella nadie más estaba ai para atender más que ella. Por favor aparte de poner la mala opinión llamen para quejarse de el personal que les da malos tratos por favor
