I went in to buy stamps and didn’t see any in the front on display so I asked her if she had the stamps to buy, instead of saying “yes the are behind here with me” she said “Of course we have stamps this is a post office” in an very rude tone! She was being very short with me until the PostMaster stepped out then she started being nice. I don’t know if it’s because I am young and she thought it was acceptable to treat me poorly but this is not how a business should treat people weather it’s ran by the government or not. Clerk #8 on my receipt
- JPJoy PeverMay 3, 20251.0We've had a po box at the bacliff location for over 15 years. The last few years have been awful. Packages aren't put into my box in a timely manner ever. When I go ask for my mail from the front desk, I am at best met with rudeness and at worst I am told they will not get my mail for me. I will have to wait until the next day until they decide to put it out. I don't even care if they didn't have time to put it in my box yet, but if I ask, I feel like they should get it for me. It doesn't take much time or effort at all. I think they just don't like me because I do a lot of my shopping online lol I hope it will change soon
