- SAScott Atx1 day ago1.0Terrible managed location. I have been coming to this location for over the past 10 years for my shipping and receiving needs. Noticed a recent change in management last year and lead to ongoing “‘missing” packages. Was told manager would reach out and she never did. I had to repeatedly call to ask for follow up on missing packages that even their systems showed they received to be shipped out or to be received at my PO Box. When I finally was able to speak to the store manager she told me she couldn’t do anything and was told there was no other avenues for shipping reimbursement and that no one wanted to talk to me about this reoccurring problem…... At this point I’m more concerned with the possibility of stole packages at this location.

They were snippy, curt, and frankly unacceptable. Sophia the manager spoke with me and resolved all issues. I will make sure to send packages when Levi is elsewhere.

- EBErin BerryFeb 2, 20261.0I booked an appointment for a passport photo Saturday for today (Monday) at 3pm. I received a reminder email for the appointment as well, this morning. I showed up and waited in line to be told they did not have the equipment. I will say the guy at the counter was apologetic but you should not be able to book a service unless the service is available. I didn’t book the service last minute, they should have cancelled it. He said all it does is send them a bunch of emails.
