  I had a really disappointing experience with this store. Since I was having problems with getting my packages delivered by UPS to my home, I had my two replacement packages sent to this UPS store. When I went to pick up my packages, they said one package was forwarded to the Michaels UPS location. I went to this second location and they couldn’t find my package. When I called this store they couldn’t explain where either of my packages are. How can they lose two packages. I wouldn’t trust this store.

  Great customer service.PANDA SHE’S ALWAYS GREAT WITH ME. SHE REALLY HAS A GREAT GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE HER.! I always do my business at this store because of her.

  I’m currently working in Austin for a few weeks and have been using this UPS location to both ship packages out and receive inventory for my business. Everyone here has been extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. They’ve made the process really smooth for me while I’m out here working, and I truly appreciate the great service. Highly recommend this location!

  I went in to notarize a document, send a mail to Canada, and do some Amazon returns. Unfortunately, the lady who assisted me was very unpleasant. When I asked a simple question about the notarization process, specifically what address to write for the ‘notarized at’ section, she told me to figure it out myself, which was surprising and unhelpful. When I asked about sending mail to Canada, her response was also very rude. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving without completing my returns. I didn’t catch her name, but based on the affidavit, I believe her name is Miranda - she had very colorful nails and was assisting with notarizations on 3/13 by 5pm
