When I asked about international shipping options, they told me I could hop on a plane and take the package myself, after I told them that is not helpful I am seriously looking for an option, then they suggested I just put stamps on it at USPS and expect it never get there. These rude behavior felt like they were making fun of me instead of helping, especially when I told them I am not there to joke around. That lack of professionalism and care really disappointed me and ruined my day.
