  I frequently attend this location usually dropping off things pre-labeled. Usually a wait but that happens. Today, I had a pre-paid next day air label and a small letter. I didn’t use an envelope from home because I have always been advised to use the supplied next day air envelope from UPS to ensure the correct service. Well, when I tried today a man who was either the manager or owner was very short and simply said they don’t stock a lot of them. I asked again saying it’s supposed to be included with the next day air label. He directed me to get a general envelope from the shelve behind me and then proceeded to charge me almost $6 for it after putting my latter in it and label on it. He clearly doesn’t want to stock the UPS free envelopes so he can squeeze his customers. Well jokes on him because that’s the last time I will use his store. I advise you find an alternate option as well.

  This location is a disgrace to the UPS brand. The owner, Mahesh, charges customers $5 for UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air envelopes that UPS provides for free. These envelopes are supposed to be available to customers at no cost, but here they’re hidden behind the counter and sold to people who don’t realize they shouldn’t be paying. I reported this to UPS corporate months ago and Mahesh even called to apologize. But when I came back recently, nothing had changed. An employee admitted the envelopes are free and only gave me one after checking with Mahesh, who had to be reminded he had already apologized for this before. Charging customers for supplies that UPS provides for free is dishonest. Until UPS steps in, I would avoid this location.

  Leon at my store was super helpful. Didn’t know what to expect or what information was necessary but they were super helpful and patient.

  The worst delivery company ever. My packages only come up missing when this company is handling them. They said my package was delivered but it wasn’t. I filed a claim and they just closed it and said it was delivered with no proof. Weeks later they found it in the store. It was never delivered. Update. Did exactly what you told me to in the response to my review and this is the result.
