- PCPushkar Chhajed3 days ago1.0The staff told me they can't ship the box I had as it had printed stuff on it.. Wanted me to pay $10 for buying a box from them.. I went back with other box and asked if they can just give a small piece of tape to close one end of the box and they almost mockingly told me it will be another $ extra.. 0 or -ve on customer service.. Outrageous of ups to charge $ for applying tape on 8" side of box.. The staff does not understand being human or helping.. Hope they get treated the way they are treating people.. It was the same guy who is shown in few reviews below about closing the store early..
- CPCameron Parsons5 days ago1.0I visited this UPS Store on March 16th to have a shipping label printed for a USPS package. The staff told me they would handle everything. The package never arrived at its destination. When I followed up, they completely washed their hands of it — saying that because it was a USPS label, it's not their problem. That's not acceptable. You accepted my package, you took responsibility for it at drop-off, and now you're pointing fingers elsewhere instead of helping me resolve this. If you're not able to handle USPS packages, that should be made very clear to customers upfront — not disclosed only after something goes wrong. Do not use this location if you expect any accountability when things go sideways.

The employees are burned out and unhelpful, and really could care less if you get helped or not. The best you can hope for is a broken blank stare as a greeting, and enduring a long line of other annoyed customers not being helped at all. Roll the dice and hope your package they refuse to take behind the counter makes it!
