  I had been a customer for almost 4 years. MS. MARY was the most positive, smiling face, with a beautiful vlbe. she always take care of the customer, with fast and friendly service. Those other young adults that work there, they are employed just to collect a payment thats it.

  I have recently visited the store to mail a package internationally . The person working at the store took a lot of time to get the address right. It’s been two weeks, and my package still shows the label is created, it’s not shipped yet. The store lost my documents which are very important. I called the customer care three times, and they were not helpful. I asked for the manager, and the person working at the store just carelessly said I don’t know when the manager will be here(maybe next week, I don’t know are his words). He said he will start a claim, and he didn’t do that. It’s very frustrating that they lost my important documents and also didn’t care to respond well. My friend also had a similar experience, never going to visit this store again

  Evan was so professional and so kind when I went in. He greeted me immediately and although I was supposed to go to USPS and not UPS, he gave me options for drop off there and also directions to USPS. He took extra time to help me out and I appreciated that. Thanks Evan!
