- NPNick Politi2 days ago5.0Great little store, the staff is way more friendly and helpful than most other UPS stores I have been to. Big shoutout to Jacob for absolutely incredible service. When I thanked him he said, 'no worries man, this is my job happy to help.' You just don't encounter that type of 'ownership mentality' at retail these days. Thanks Jacob!

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I have honestly never met someone so enthusiastic and genuinely happy at work. His energy is contagious and it makes the whole experience much more pleasant. If you need to go to UPS, I definitely recommend this location.
- JLJacob LucasMar 9, 20261.0DO NOT RENT MAILBOX HERE. I have had 3 packages in less than a month confirmed with tracking “delivered” here that couldn’t be found. Never had an issue at any other UPS mailboxes. Do yourself a favor and use a different store for mailbox services. I was lucky that the items were replaceable, for my business I receive a lot of items that aren’t. They also wouldn’t refund my mailbox that I renewed for 6 months a few days prior to the last 2 packages going missing. Also all UPS stores rent mailboxes for 3 months and they won’t because they a franchised location.

They don’t have a functional scanner in the whole store and charge you $2.95 for “computer use” on top of the charge to print each page. FedEx does not charge for this and has a much more efficient system with better equipment. Lesson learned!
- XMXavier MartinezFeb 3, 20262.0UPS only had one person working there. He was rude and walking around slowly when he differently saw between me and him 15 people just wait for him . Never going back there again .
