Truck drivers beware.
11.5 hours to get unloaded.
No docks, they take one truck at a time.
The yard is so small they regularly get trucks hit their equiptment or rip out their own farrings (yard workers words not mine), in fact they had a truck driver hit a truck of theirs on 3.30.26 the day I delivered.
OSHA needs to be contacted about how they are storing their bottles outside on the ground with no protection and in the way of trucks.
If you do come here and can't get safely turned around in their yard...dont get an insurance claim, dont damage your own truck, pop your brakes and tell them what unsafe, health hazard of pallets of stacked bottled water you need moved.
Once.you are on their property its everybody's problem until you get turned around towards the exit.
And if I was a customer and seen the unhealthy and unsafe manner in which they are storing the water they wanted to sell me id cancel my membership with them immediately.
Lastly I dont need a managerial response to this post, you dont care enough about your employees, customers or support vendors to address the problems with this yard and its quite evident.

Truck driver 18 wheelers before you turn and and deal with what I had to deal with if you see 2 other 18 wheelers in gate do not I repeat do not turn in park on the gravel area ahead of gate entrance I turned in cause first time here and they wanted to to back up on access road one lane due to construction which is fairly busy with no help they did not wanna stop traffic for couple of seconds to help me back up soo my thought lemme call the cops to stop traffic since they didn’t wanna help then was threaten to them removing contract for my company because another truck was needing to get out and I felt unsafe backing up into open traffic where someone could hit me from rear or I hit them what I did I went in the access road myself stopped a driver asked him to hold on for a couple seconds and stop traffic he did and I was able to back up and park at QT where I was told to wait for a call then I can come this place needs better communication with company’s so drivers don’t run into same situation very unprofessional and did wanna be reliable for anything that happens if I backed up on my own which I didn’t wanna risk losing my job for a company that could careless about safety be safe drivers hope this helps other drivers out there

This was such a good company before they got bought around 6 months ago. Literally impossible to get any good customer service interaction. We had two different accounts for them one with our business one with our home. We canceled the business account more than 5X and they just kept delivering water and charging us each time.
For our home delivery they gave us the wrong equipment and it would never drop off a new one (several requests). Now stuck in the same situation that they won't cancel my account or pick up our equipment/empty bottles and are taking us to collections. Insane.
One of the only companies that does glass bottles so it's a shame.

These guys have been awful since the merge or take-over. Regularly deliveries are cancelled and the amount of time they require before a delivery to cancel or reschedule is criminal.
Recently they brought bottles of water, a much cheaper product which no record on my invoice. I contacted support three different times they say "I'm sorry to hear that let me see what I can do" and you are just left in perpetuity without a reply. They're obviously using AI customer service that breaks outside of normal replies.

Run. This company took over Sparkletts and is horrendous. They cancel appointments for delivery, say they deliver when nothing is delivered, leave product outside after hours even after being instructed to bring inside....Oh, and it is one of those places that makes you go through multiple people and offers when you try to cancel your service (and they will charge you a cooler reconditioning fee on top of their bad services). Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company
