  After working within 3 years they penalize you for making good relationships with any supervisors, they also promote as same day pay, they penalize you for texting the supervisor to see if he sent the hours in and they fire you to where you cannot be rehireable. If there ever is a situation where you have a argument or a problem with one of the supervisorson site they will penalize you and take their side. That will lead to termination and you being marked as not rehireable. They have a high recidivism rate inside of the office. They look down on people who just simply check on their checks to make sure they will be paid . Everyone has bills not everyone can sit in an AC control climate if you're actually out there in the field you should be able to call and take an employer's word that they're going to pay you there are plenty of problems with the system wisely that they pay you with. We should be able to ask what's going on with our pay without being penalized. We are allowed to make relationships we are human beings that's what we are put on this Earth . When you run into a supervisor who has a lot in common like you of course you're going to exchange contacts it is not their right to tell you who you can save in your phone. They need to work on all of these things and Pam does not put in a good word for you once you are marked unhireable Austin's first Day Labor center is now open I would give them a try. There is a person working in the South office she is a African-American woman and she does not look out for her people drives on site and will literally stalk you. They do not care about what you have going on outside of work. All they care about is fulfilling their contract. And favoritism is often shown

  Waiting to do a drug screen and the lady rushed me out to get out. The drug test results came in inclusive I guess because we didn't wait long enough the lady was really trying to get me out the office. She obviously didn't want to deal with me. So I feel like I wasted my time coming over here. Before leaving she told me to go to the north branch.

  Not certain who’s working in these offices but they lack communication skills and will abruptly hand up when asked questions about any job you’ve worked. This is a poorly ran company. And if anyone needs any proof of any of my interactions with any staff I’ve fully documented every call. Incoming and outgoing.

  They have no communication in the branch !! There unresponsive to call backs on voicemail!! And it’s not a same day same pay !! Service !! It would be ok and better with more staff and communication in these branches !! And they need more selection of work availability like warehouse production, like Amazon, ups, fed-x !! But just as far as that it’s just not the same !! 🤦‍♂️If this temporary service step there game up in these areas I know for a fact more ppl would come but till then !! They have no care for there employees period !! Wish I knew the main division so I can file a complaint and report to address these problems!!
