- MKM K5 days ago5.0After several unsuccessful attempts to scan important documents at the Parmer location, I visited here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted. I was out in less than five minutes. GREAT customer service from Frank. I’m making this my new location moving forward!
- LRly ryApr 4, 20262.0I don’t usually leave reviews, and I try to be understanding of customer service workers but my experience today was disappointing. Every time I’ve come here before, I’ve been greeted warmly and received great service. Unfortunately, today was very different. The man working the counter had a noticeably poor attitude. I was initially ignored, and when I tried to explain why I was there, he interrupted me before I could finish. Because of that, he misunderstood my situation and said he couldn’t find my name in the system. I then clarified that I was there for a pickup, not for anything else, which he would have known if I hadn’t been cut off. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I ended the conversation with a “thank you,” but received no response. Overall, it seemed like he was taking out his frustration on me, which made for an unpleasant experience. I hope this was just an off day, as my previous visits have been much better.

The entire staff is extremely helpful, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, positive, prompt, creating an unique environment - as example Amber & the team - Lizz, Frank, Loly, Mekhi, Haley, Jazmine, going the extra mile to help promptly and patiently with any service question or need. I spent 2 hours in the store on computer printing documents and I couldn't help noticing this exceptional team. Also the quality of this office's printing paper is amazing (both color and b&w). The store is very clean and organized. I strongly recommend this place!
