Yesterday I rushed in 30 minutes before closing. Daniel came to my rescue when I was having problems with the task I was trying to do. He was so nice and very helpful. Thank you Daniel for your expertise and your good nature.

After speaking with several competitors who expressed doubt about my print project, Zoie took a solutions-oriented approach and immediately inspired confidence. Her communication was clear and efficient—she walked me through the process, educated me on the best path forward, and delivered the project ahead of schedule. I would recommend this location to anyone, regardless of project size or complexity.

She had a scowl, was rude to her employees and other customers, and was dressed inappropriately for her position (no uniform, casual, ill-fitting clothing). She looked miserable and made those around her miserable. FedEx corporate should fire her immediately for such an awful representation of their brand and company. I will not be returning to this location to avoid being around her darkness. I feel bad for the workers there.
