- ECelizabeth cantuMar 20, 20264.0Dont have a printer at home. FedEx print and go option makes it easy to send my documents to be printed via email and get a code to print the documents when I show up. Not cheap, but cheaper than owning a printer for the 5 times a year I need to print something.

I paid $10 to print important documents using the self-service machine, but the printer was cutting off the edges and not working properly. When I asked an employee for help, I felt I was treated disrespectfully and spoken to in a loud and dismissive manner in front of other customers. I was told to either pay again or leave, even though the issue appeared to be with the machine. The interaction felt unfair and very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and handled the situation professionally by properly scanning and sending my documents. I appreciate the manager’s assistance. I hope the store improves how customer concerns are handled so everyone feels respected and treated equally.
