Went in for my passport this morning. KIMBERLY R WAS MY ASSISTANT and how am I a young adult with better customer service. The whole experience was horrible dealing with her. She has no manners, doesn’t seem to like her job. She definitely was projecting her feelings onto her clients. Terrible.

This place is HORRIBLE !!! I had a passport appointment here that was processed by the post office agent. Later, I received a letter from the passport administration stating that the signature and stamp were missing—something the agent should have done correctly the first time. Because of this mistake, my passport has been delayed, and I had to go back to the post office with the letter so they could fix it. When I arrived, Kimberly didn’t even read the letter before telling me I needed to make another appointment. Why should I have to schedule another appointment when the delay was caused by their error? On top of that, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, even saying “I need to go to lunch, but I guess I’ll help you.” Completely unprofessional. What’s worse is that when I spoke Spanish to my mother (who only speaks Spanish), Kimberly told me to “keep quiet.” That is not only disrespectful but blatantly racist. No one should be treated that way for simply speaking their own language. To make matters worse, when I asked another employee for the manager on duty, he said “uhm, I don’t know, he was here but he left.” That sums up how poorly this location is run. This post office is a joke when it comes to passport procedures actually any type of procedure. If you want things done correctly and don’t want to be treated with disrespect or discrimination, avoid this location at all costs
