The worst service I have ever had. USPS lost every single Christmas present I ordered for my wife including the replacements. The best part is they don't even care... The driver told me the substitute drivers don't care about doing a good job and frequently put the keys to the lock boxes in the wrong mail boxes !

This is the worst PO I've ever seen. The guy actually came from behind the counter and put his hands on me, the customer, in effort to snatch the tape machine from my hand. All of this because I didn't want to disclose the contents of my package to him. Can anyone explain why a Postal worker would refuse to let you ship a parcel unless you tell them the exact contents inside? Would really love some feedback on this. He needs to be fired immediately.

Unacceptable treatment of a disabled customer I had an extremely distressing experience at this location. As a disabled person with autism, I entered the post office seeking help with a large shipment. Staff members gave me conflicting instructions, laughed at my questions, refused to offer a contact number for support, and ultimately escalated the situation in a way that triggered a full shutdown and panic attack. Instead of offering any compassion or de-escalation, the manager responded by calling the police and banning me from the location while I was visibly in distress on the floor. This is not only inhumane, it’s a failure of basic customer service and likely a violation of ADA standards for public service entities. I’ve filed a formal complaint with USPS. No one should be treated this way — especially not someone asking for help and experiencing a medical event.

Don’t use this post office to ship anything you want delivered on time. I dropped off a package on Tuesday that was already labeled and prepaid for that should’ve arrived at its destination on Saturday. It must’ve sat in a pile somewhere for 3days because they didn’t even scan it in as received until Friday. It’s been a week since I dropped off and it hasn’t even made it to the correct state yet, would’ve been better off shipping it with literally any other carrier.

Well I was going to give a 1 star, but gave 3 instead and this is why. There automated answering service is horrible. Its one of those answering services were it is built to not let you speak to someone. After fighting with that for a while I finally got through just for it to tell me there is a 39min wait. (I am not too upset with that bc it is the week of christmas.) After hanging up (to wait for a call back) I was so upset with the answering service. I was in the middle of giving a 1 star review when I got a call back! Not even 2min had passed! The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. I did not have my question answered as to why I called but it was bc I did not have the correct tracking number she needed but she explained why the tracking number I have does not work, who to call, etc. I would give a 5 star review for her, but that automated phone set up, they need to fix that! Summary, I was super annoyed in the beginning just to be pleasantly surprised very soon after!
