i had a horrible experience with this USPS location. they mailed my package without scanning the label or giving me a receipt but insisted i was “good to go”. since they didn’t scan it, the tracking number was not updated and nobody knew where my package was for weeks!!!

The workers literally don’t want to work, I’ve never encountered a lazier postal office. Just pick a different one

I had no choice but to give them 1 star since they don't deserve this. I rented a PO Box and my payment was due dec 31. I'm out of the country at the moment and have been for 2 weeks trying to make my payment so my account is not closed. I've called their customer service and they can't take a payment so they forward me to their office number and no answer. Their systems are down, phone doesn't answer and literally no solution has been made. all I get is the runaround and at this point I don't know what else to do so my PO Box is still active when I get back. also their lunch they do it whenever they want they don't respect the times their supposed to be open. please dont go there you will waste your time and end up with a horrible headache.

Lou was so kind! He helped me send my international package by showing me all the options I had.

So it says lunch 1-1:30. The have a sign on the door that they’ll be back at 1:40. It’s1:45 and no sign of anyone anywhere. No wonder the USPS is going broke. This place is a joke. You know some people come here on their lunch break. This is a recurring problem. If I could give 0 I would.
