The lady with the short hair closet to the passport line African American lady kind of a bob cut hair today around 12:30 said that she called everyone to let us know about their system being down. Straight up LIE. If she would’ve called, we would’ve never came. She never called to cancel with us. If that was the case my son would’ve never taken off work to come get his passport. Don’t ever come here to get your passport unless you call ahead of time and hopefully they answer to confirm that they are doing them.
