The line was long at 4:30pm but moved quickly, the staff is attentive to those that have already waited but need to update something, and are offered the courtesy to not have to wait in line again. I had a good experience here. They are open until 5:30pm on Friday. I'll be shipping more of my packages from here in the future.

I was being "helped" by Louis, but all in all he had terrible customer service. He was cutting me off, acting high and mighty and basically treated me like I was stupid for not knowing how to properly mail a package. NEVER coming to this place again.

Have been waiting at least 9 weeks for said key!! Tried to do 2 holds of our mail on the website, but was told there is not one when I get there and have to fill out the paperwork there both times!! Today (Saturday) I go to pick up my mail because its being held and find out later tonight that my new credit card was stolen, activated and used in the area!!! I also have the service activated were they take a picture of your mail. Kinda suspicious that 3 pieces of mail came today but 1 picture is missing and the credit card one is no were to be found!!
