DJ was very efficient and helpful with my shipments. She showed me a faster way to get my packages delivered using the self-checkout option. I appreciate her patient and personable assistance!!

Came in with packaged items to mail. QR codes ready. There was a line at self service kiosk l so went to the desk for help, since NO ONE was in line. Told that I had to go to the self service kiosk. Let's add more self service kiosks and get rid of these lazy disgruntled "customer service" workers. Or hire workers that are customer service-oriented. Look you in the eye, smile and greet you and go out of their way to help you.

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the female employee who worked on 12/11 in the early afternoon. We were in line for over 45 minutes and witnessed her yelling at customers repeatedly and throwing packages into bins. The people who were using the self serve got repeatedly yelled at for using the over filled slot but they were completely unaware of the problem. She needs to be removed immediately from this position. We finally left after 45 minutes. Watching her throw packages all over the place was disgraceful. We are still missing a delivery from three weeks ago. We ended up going to Congress and it was wonderful.

I have been living in this neighborhood and using this USPS location for a long time. Recently, I sold an item on Mercari and just wanted to drop it off and get a receipt. I waited in line for 20 minutes to use the kiosk, but the line did not get shorter, so I decided to go inside. That's when the clerk, who was working around 2:00 pm yesterday, started yelling at us to use the kiosk — which I understand is the slowest machine. I explained that I just needed to drop off my package and get a receipt. She repeated that I should use the kiosk, but I told her I had already waited 20 minutes and wasn't going to stand in line again. Her response was shocking: she said, “I am not going to scan your package.” I couldn't believe it. Isn't scanning packages part of your job at USPS? What exactly is your role? This was a horrible experience, and it felt like she refused to accept my item intentionally. I should have gotten her name, but I will do that next time. This kind of service is unacceptable, and employees like this should not be in customer service. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope USPS addresses this issue. Also I would like to add, if the clark lady cannot do her job, the kiosk will take her job someday.
