I hope to never have to visit again. Just needed my mail key, took five visits and a month and a half. They miscommunicated, changed the mail key lock twice. Another visit.
They refunded my money and I still felt wronged.
I’d rather renew my license at the DMV than ever visit this USPS again.

I have a P.O. Box and it’s always an issue as to why my packages can’t be delivered and they always leave a yellow note and even though they have smart lockers and could easily put them in there I have to wait until they open and deal with there snarky attitudes and waiting time just for it to be a small package that could’ve fit in the first place

First in line to pick up a letter I had to sign for and had to wait at an empty desk for 35 min before anyone came out.
