I wish I could give zero stars. This is beyond incompetency at this point. I had to wait 50 days to get my mail to arrive in my mailbox. And I am the only person that actually found out what the issue was. Not USP, not the carrier. No one.

I usually don't write reviews, but I hope the appropriate people see this. Went in to inquire about a lost package of medication. Guy at the counter was very rude and unwilling to help. He argued with me every step of the way saying the USPS "doesn't make mistakes". Really? Because the nice lady at the Round Rock post office says it can happen, and she wouldn't just say that for no reason. After "looking" (I doubt he actually did), he finally came back saying it wasn't back there. If you can pick up your medications, do it. Don't have them mailed if you live in the 78728 ZIP code.
