I usually don't write reviews, but I hope the appropriate people see this. Went in to inquire about a lost package of medication. Guy at the counter was very rude and unwilling to help. He argued with me every step of the way saying the USPS "doesn't make mistakes". Really? Because the nice lady at the Round Rock post office says it can happen, and she wouldn't just say that for no reason. After "looking" (I doubt he actually did), he finally came back saying it wasn't back there. If you can pick up your medications, do it. Don't have them mailed if you live in the 78728 ZIP code.

Came in for a money-back guarantee on a delayed priority express shipment. I called USPS previously and verified the shipment was eligible for the refund. In store, the customer service from the supervisor, John Lawhon, was abysmal. John said he wasn’t going to authorize anything and walked away mid-conversation. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I visited a different location and they were able to help with no issues. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different USPS location for your shipping needs.

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked passport appointment for myself and my 3 adult children. 2 had to drive 60 miles for the appointment and myself and my other son took off work. After waiting for 20 minutes was informed they do not have a passport person to assist. The staff could care less about their inability to notify or even prevent people from setting up passport appointments. The explanation from the person who I will assume is in charge is it is beyond his control. Do not waste your time attempting to get services from this location it will only cost you time and money

Please: DO NOT BOOK A PASSPORT APPOINTMENT HERE. Drove all the way only to see a notice that says "today's passport appointments are cancelled". passport person missing. Other USPS staff are rude and dismissive. No respect to other's time? The passport person probably just left early or did not show up. Atleast send us an email or note that appointments are cancelled. no accountability based on previous reviews.. very annoying and disappointing.

Putting one star because zero is not an option. Called 8 times and never got anyone to answer. Terrible service after not delivering my package and leaving no way to contact the post office. Private carriers are the way to go and I will avoid USPS after this experience Went to the post office after not being able to get help by phone or online. Waited 30 min to be told they would hold my package the next day. Came by as I was told to the next morning to wait 30 more minutes to be told they sent my package back to the sender the previous day. McDonald’s has better employees than this location. I have seen nothing but frustrated customers at this location. Avoid it like the plague and never ship USPS!
