Went in to send a package on Dec 16. Place was tidy, well stocked, and had a total of one employee taking care of the whole line. So, yeah, long wait but that's not the fault of anyone at this post office. The lady working there on this afternoon was excellent at her job. Gracious and efficient.

Too many homeless people outside it’s not safe to check my mailbox, it has broken or non-functioning doors, the lines tend to get long, and I don’t see anyone directing people who mistakenly are in the wrong lane. Alsoe hours are not flexible enough for working 8-5 people.

I’ve had an unbelievable number of bad experiences at this location. It is consistently understaffed, which is especially frustrating given how busy it is. On one occasion, I arrived during posted business hours and the office simply didn’t open on time. I’ve also waited 30+ minutes while only one, maybe two, employees worked the counter for a line of nearly 30 people. Even the self-service station regularly has a line of 10+ customers. This location serves far too many people to have these ongoing issues. USPS needs to address the staffing and operational problems here.

Do not ever do business here. They will "lose" your package and not actually look for it unless you show up with protest signs and have a sit-in, singing kumbayah. Waiting on science to clone Balto would be more reliable. Got a package shipped here worth over $100. Showed up in person to claim it 3 separate times after getting an alert that it has been delivered. Was told that it was scanned in and simply lost by some dude picking at his eyelashes the whole time I talked. Finally had to show up ready to stay the entire day until they found it on the third visit. Every single one of these visits, it was the same guy telling me they couldn't find it and to file some form online for them to investigate it. Third and final visit, I insist I'm not leaving until they find my package and that I've got all day. Same guy is telling me he can't find it, so after giving him the tracking number to look it up, I ask for his supervisor. She looks at him and says "this is who you've been talking to? This isn't even the right tracking number." He'd told me the package had been delivered a month before I'd even ordered it and gave me some address I've never heard of. Supervisor goes back to "look" for it and doesn't return. I watch the line of 25+ people go all the way down and eventually talk to a third employee who "looks" and doesn't find it. Original guy I talked to tells me to file a form online for investigation again and I ask what that means, if not just looking for it, which we should keep doing right now. I wait, sit on the floor, for hours until close. The guy working the regular shipping desk asks if he can help me so I tell him the tracking number and he walks around the corner and finds the package in under 5 seconds. This took 3 trips, hours of my time, an actual sit-in at the office, and 4 employees including a supervisor to find a package that was just behind the wall sitting on a shelf that was found immediately by the one competent person working here. Use UPS, FedEx, or literally anywhere else. If you make the mistake of having a package sent here, schedule an entire day off if you intend to get it.
