This time, I was lucky the staff helped me without having to purchase tape when I was going to pay for flat rate box mailed to a very important family friend in WA. I was so worried that I didn’t bring my own and had to pay extra but she helped with a smile. This place has always great customer service despite the line, they’re very efficient. There are all kinds of mailing items you can purchase for last minute needs well organized with the self help station, separate section on drop box and separate corner for P.O. Boxes which help with the client “traffic” . Lots of parking and great in and out vehicle traffic flow!
