Never had an issue with USPS until having moved to a location where this was our post office. I’ve had a mail carrier kick me out of the package room at my complex, when it was less than 40° outside, because for whatever reason I could not wait for him to deliver packages to our parcel locker. I’ve had countless pieces of mail put into other’s mailboxes. My fiancée’s and my ‘Save The Dates’ and other wedding collateral were ‘misplaced’ by their mail room and never received. I’ve also never experienced such apathy and disregard for courtesy when simply placing a post-holiday return. I’d advise to go out of your way to another post office. If there’s any sort of management or supervisor that is reading this, for the love of God- PLEASE do something to facilitate better service and organization because y’all just ‘misplaced’ a very important, $570 parcel of mine….AGAIN. Edit: They 100% lost my package. Didn’t have any explanation. Everyone just shrugs their shoulders and says, “I don’t know!” Tracking says that it was scanned and loaded on a truck and went out for deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday was Veterans Day, which is a fed holiday, and nothing got delivered. So, if they’re telling the truth then they should have it somewhere either on that truck or back at the post office. Otherwise, someone stole it.

It's Russian Roulette with the doors after normal business hours. 95% of the time it's a hastle for people who work and need to drop off a prepaid package. How do we get to our P.O. Box?

Not great. The lady who works there is dismissive and rude. Kept prompting me to purchase various items from their store, as if she works on commission. Before I knew which package I wanted to use- she kept saying "you need to write an address in order to mail it!", she said this a couple times. Obviously I didn't make it to 46 years of age without knowing an address is needed to mail something at the USPS. I wanted to know if it would be best to mail it in a box or an envelope, but I think she was pushing me to mail it in my own box so I would buy their tape dispenser, mailing label, and whatever else she suggested. After looking at all the options I noticed I could just buy one of their large envelopes that had a built in label and built in tape closure and so I wouldn't need to buy all the stuff she was suggesting. And when she kept telling me that I needed to put an address on a label, I kept telling her I don't have a pen. She didn't have one for me, but I do know that if they were offering one in the store, she would have sold me the most expensive one. So I ended up going next-door to the convenience station and the nice gentleman at the counter Let me borrow his pen. I was nice and polite, even though she did not deserve it, and I could have reciprocated her own awful attitude, but surprisingly, I chose to take the high road

NO PASSPORT walk-ins even though it states it online. Government sites should be up to date.
