I absolutely dread my weekly trip to this location to pick up my mail; it’s always at least a half an hour wait in line regardless of the time of day. Some friendly staff, some not so much. I can’t blame them though, working here seems like a nightmare.

They made it obvious they only cared about gossip and going SO SLOW! The worst experience ever, didn’t even trust leaving my packages here. PLEASE MAKE THE DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Then, when my passport was being shipped to me, the passport agency got my zip code wrong and my tracking link said it was being returned to sender! I ended up driving to the post office and Misty & a couple other USPS employees looked around for my passport and they found it!!!! That was truly above & beyond and I’m so relieved. My international trip hinged on a timely delivery of my passport & I’m so thankful to the USPS staff for helping me. THANK YOU!!!
