- JJJeanette5 days ago4.0I was surprised at how busy this branch was at 2pm on a weekday. The entire parking lot was full. With four stations open, the line moved relatively quickly. Staff would occasionally as if anyone was just dropping off packages so they wouldn't have to unnecessarily wait in line. They were very pleasant, apologizing for the wait and efficiently resolving our needs. Honestly, it was refreshing to see employees that didn't look like they hated their job and actually wanting to help. Their great attitude made this post office visit not as dreadful as usually expected.

Most lazy grumpy agent - leaves for lunch during our appointment time slot and then comes back 40 Minutes later to continue appointments and skip us !! No emails sent about appointments either.
