She explained the process clearly, was extremely patient, and made me feel comfortable and confident about how everything was handled. Tatiana was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, she’s a true asset to this location!

Although the package was shipped using Ground Advantage, they should still accept it when it's actually received, not when they get around to it so senders and recipients can get an accurate picture of the shipping status.
