So you pay your taxes and they don’t even stay open for the stated time period. Some retraining needs to be done. Also, if you didn’t know, they stop helping people at 4:30 probably even 4. Ultimately I get it. They don’t get OT so if things don’t move they just shove it somewhere and maybe it gets delivered, maybe it’s just forgotten.

Their hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, aka when most people are working, and package pickup is only until 4:30, but even during those hours you're lucky if anyone comes to the window to help you. I waited almost two hours and then was told they couldn't find my package and would have to come back. Another time I waited at the Dutch door to pick up a package only to find out no one was there so I wasted even more time and then had to get in a long line at the front desk. If you can avoid living in this post office's service area, please do. I didn't know it could be this bad.
