Each time I come I am told something different. On this last visit Yvone was extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending and just outright unpleasant. This is unacceptable and this location needs to do a better job training on customer service and learning and understand their own products and policies. When I asked to speak to a manager she flatlined and said she wasn’t here. After speaking with the supervisor she saved the day and heard my complaints. Thank you to Veronica or Victoria.
