It takes FOREVER to drop off a package (packaged up with a label already even!). And it seems like the people mailing packages here have all never been to a post office or ship center before and don’t know what to make of the experience. But somehow there are always many people working and they are equally confused about the experience.

I found myself dealing with pressure tactics from the short-haired blond lady to spend $71 on a cardboard box including their packaging services. She lectured me for ten minutes while trying to persuade me that I needed to let them handle the packaging using their box, even thought the instrument would fit just fine in the box I brought in. She told me it would take two hours for their staff to complete the packaging. Their box wasn't even as high quality as the one I brought in. I regret getting duped into spending so much money for a cardboard box.
