- CBClint Bickley2 days ago5.0I needed to return a bike I had purchased through Amazon and the only way was through UPS and I had already recycled the box for it, not thinking I would need it anymore, and the two amazing gentleman that were there this morning looked and assessed if they had a box big enough for it. One of them mentioned probably having to make a custom box out of two of them. However when he came back instead of charging me what I imagine could have easily been 40-60$, based off my previous experiences, he offered to use their own boxes free of charge. These guys were amazing, they made my life so much easier today and I just want to pass on what an amazing job these guys are doing! Keep up the great work and thank you again! 😁 I'll never hesitate to come back to this particular UPS, ever.

The team at this store is knowledgeable, friendly, and always gets my needs met, with such care and compassion! Danielle, in particular, is a Rockstar and she always makes me feel like family, whenever I have any returns or I need something to be printed. I cannot say enough about this team! KUDOS to whomever did the hiring at this store, because this is a great group to work with, from a customer standpoint! Keep up the incredible work!
