    Had to do a return here, and Kevin at this specific location of UPS was super helpful! Store is clean and organized. Will be coming back to this UPS location again.

    Walk in a few minutes before closing lights on, door open with another customer still in the store on 11/1. The girl behind the counter ignores me doesn’t greet me then walks to the back of the store and turns off the lights. After waiting a couple of minutes another person walks up and says can I help you and I say yeah I need to drop off this package and they literally roll their eyes. Last time I go there.

    The assistant at the front desk was so helpful. Danielle gave me advice and everything needed to get my package shipped ASAP. Compared to the other mailing services she is a saint

    Very helpful staff, fast, no lines. Also, if you’re sending something back from places like William Sonoma that still uses ancient system of printing labels instead of QR codes, the staff here will help you get it all done in a couple of minutes.
