Some days it takes a little while to get served but that’s only because there are a lot of folks in line. I usually am just dropping off an Amazon return and it’s an easy in and out without much interaction with staff. This time, though, I had some questions about shipping certain items and packaging and I’m happy I was able to work with Ann. She was very courteous and helpful. She answered my questions completely and took care of my business promptly. Hopefully she will be there next time I stop in.

I was unaware they now charge for this. Been a customer for years and no one has ever mentioned it. Calmly offered to pay and got even more attitude. Decided to drive down the street to ship at the next location.

I brought my receipt to the front and asked for a refund. Indeed, I was holding the proof in my hand that no color ink had been used. The cashier declined my refund request. When I asked to speak to a manager I was surprised that it was her. Ann. When I asked where I could forward the refund request for the erroneous charge, II was even more surprised that she gave me a link to here. This is my first time at a UPS store, and unless I get my transaction corrected and my $1.80 overcharge corrected, I'm never using UPS again.
