Michael is so friendly and doesn’t get frazzled or overwhelmed when I have a large volume of shipping and Ann always makes sure the line keeps moving, even when I’m taking up a register for nearly 20 minutes. 😅🏅

- DJDerek JPFeb 10, 20261.0Here, you will pay $5.50 to use their printer for a label. The franchise owner for each store chooses this cost. EVERYONE USE ANOTHER STORE as best you can. At a time when most people don't have printers; it's sad really that this person chose to own a franchise in a poorer area of Austin (homeless people sleeping in cars here), and then intentionally chose $5.50 per printed label for everyone who doesn't have a printer. I do have a printer. This was written on behalf of every single human who's trying to save money but doesn't have a printer, who has had to pay $5.50 per printed label. Most other UPS stores charge $1 or $2 per printed label in far smaller towns than Austin...................
