FOUR emails requesting disposition instructions to the store unanswered. Store emailed my about renewing mailbox and service. Replied in early October reminding them they have my CC info on file. NO REPLY. Now, I received a bill for renewal, a larger mailbox, and a LATE FEE. simply because THEY REFUSE TO REPLY TO EMAIL.
