FOUR emails requesting disposition instructions to the store unanswered. Store emailed my about renewing mailbox and service. Replied in early October reminding them they have my CC info on file. NO REPLY. Now, I received a bill for renewal, a larger mailbox, and a LATE FEE. simply because THEY REFUSE TO REPLY TO EMAIL.

I don’t know if they or the sec of state lost the birth certificate but I received the apostille with what looks like a typed birth record with none of the details of the long form birth certificate I sent. I know what I mailed because I left the city of dallas records office with 2 long form certified birth certificates. One, which was mailed the same day to this ups store. I’m so upset and needed it for my son’s visa. So much money spent and lost now. Beyond upset.
