She turned it into a wait and tried to get sympathy for printing 11"x17"(I didn't care what size she printed). I know I look like the jerk writing a review, but her attitude is a problem. She created a line behind me and inserted her unhappiness into my evening. I saw laziness at this UPS store tonight.

They made me pay $100 even though I was walking to Kesos to order! Be careful they said even if I stepped off to get a piece of paper flowing away I’d get a boot! Never eating at a Kesos again! The people that work at this UPS are super sweet btw! Forget Kesos with the guy sitting in the parking lot ready to boot everyone! Even if you are eating there!
