  I booked an appointment for a passport photo Saturday for today (Monday) at 3pm. I received a reminder email for the appointment as well, this morning. I showed up and waited in line to be told they did not have the equipment. I will say the guy at the counter was apologetic but you should not be able to book a service unless the service is available. I didn’t book the service last minute, they should have cancelled it. He said all it does is send them a bunch of emails.

  i literally can’t say enough good things about this place, the customer service is top tier (particularly from the african american woman with a smile to match her personality, i’m so sorry i’m terrible at remembering names ily queen)! cross going to the post office off your list of least favorite chores to do - this place is so quick and easy, simply the best

  The customer service is terrible. I spend thousands of dollars at UPS a year and the way this location treats its customers (myself & others) is like we are an inconvenience to them. The employee, KK, is always very rude if she’s helping customers at all. This morning she was vacuuming while the other employee had a line of four people. When I asked her to kindly stop vacuuming (I’m recovering from a bad lung infection) and help she looked at me like she wanted to kill me. She then tried to be condescending to me. She helped the customer in front of me and then walked off to not help me. This is not a person who should be in customer service.
