i literally can’t say enough good things about this place, the customer service is top tier (particularly from the african american woman with a smile to match her personality, i’m so sorry i’m terrible at remembering names ily queen)! cross going to the post office off your list of least favorite chores to do - this place is so quick and easy, simply the best

The customer service is terrible. I spend thousands of dollars at UPS a year and the way this location treats its customers (myself & others) is like we are an inconvenience to them. The employee, KK, is always very rude if she’s helping customers at all. This morning she was vacuuming while the other employee had a line of four people. When I asked her to kindly stop vacuuming (I’m recovering from a bad lung infection) and help she looked at me like she wanted to kill me. She then tried to be condescending to me. She helped the customer in front of me and then walked off to not help me. This is not a person who should be in customer service.

I don’t usually post reviews, good or bad…but this has gone on long enough. I pay about $400/yr for a personal mailbox (PMB) for my business and personal email. This store has a revolving door of terrible attitude customer service, which I can mostly ignore (they’ve LOST my packages for a month or more, then suddenly “found” them, others were shown as delivered but they were never found. Oh, and they rarely, if ever respond to email inquiries or problems, either). This year, the renewal price was raised AND added an add’l fee based on how many packages are shipped to this address. Ummm, OK. I travel a lot for work, so I guess that’s OK in exchange for a (sort of) secure place to receive packages. Now they’ve added storage fees on top of that. So if I don’t pick up packages within 7 days of delivery, they charge more. I just got back from a 12 day trip and paid $7 for 3 small cushion envelopes delivered, unfortunately, on the day I flew out of town. RIDICULOUS BUSINESS MODEL!! Why do I have a PMB if I have to pay more for packages and more for the crime of not picking them up when I’m out of town?
