Micah and Katie were extremely nice and helpful in processing my shipment. The store was having internet issues but their customer service never wavered!

Friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Gina, Micah, David, Possible and all the others. These four are always there, know me by name, grab my packages when they see me walk in. They are personable, friendly, helpful, accommodating and always upbeat and cheerful.
This has been my business and personal address for the past 4 years. I’m in there daily. Sometimes twice a day. It’s always - ALWAYS - packed and busy. Aside from the inadequate parking, they manage the high traffic efficiently and hastily. They anticipate needs and can oftentimes answer a question without you having to stand in line for service.
Gina runs a tight ship but also a fun one - everyone seems to get along well and enjoy being there. I’m sure this particular customer service job finds itself in the lien of fire frequently with impatient or unhappy customers, but they take it in stride and keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
I’ll never change my address!

I have now made 7 requests to pickup a package through Amazon, they left one note and don’t even have the decency to refuse the pickup and keep me waiting everyday thinking they might come. No email no phone call no nothing is insane with there are thousands of dollars and I can’t leave my home.
Love this location! You can definitely see when a team works harmoniously together. Always, friendly, helpful, and best of all, funny!
Shout out to Mr. Possible who was working today. I promise to “do better” the next time I print an Amazon return label that is the size of a poster, and just wrap it around my package. :/
Thank you all for making my day!
This UPS Store accepts federal documents and mail, including passports, yet operates with shockingly poor communication. My U.S. passport was delivered here on Saturday at approximately noon, and the store closed without advance notice. Saturday was not hazardous weather. The only notice was a sign taped to the door no online update, no email response, and not even a functional voicemail system to provide information or updates. While weather conditions worsened on Sunday and remained icy in some areas on Monday, the store continued to provide zero communication, no reopening information, no alternate access procedures, and ignored repeated emails and calls even after the owner publicly asked me to reach out directly. Because I could not access a federally issued identity document THEY accepted responsibility for, I missed a confirmed international flight. If a business is going to accept time-sensitive federal documents and mail, the bare minimum expectation is reliable communication and reasonable access. This location failed completely. It’s Tuesday and still no replies. How are we supposed to know when you open? Sit in front of the store and wait for you to post new signs?? Next day 10am customers waiting because you refused to give any of us updates
