I didn’t know what I was doing in terms of needing a notary but she was so kind and helpful! Very friendly and fast service! She deserves a raise!!!

The girl demeaningly said “no this is a place of business we don’t do that” clearly I’m aware this is a place of business?! I only asked because they have accommodated before at this location as well. The attitude was absolutely unnecessary when I was asking politely and was not arguing at all. There was no reason to make a backhanded comment to me and make me feel like I’m unaware of UPS is a place of business. Will not be coming to this UPS any longer.

She is an example that being young does not mean not being experienced. I hope this company values this young lady and keeps her motivated to continue doing this excellent work.

However my checkout person SJ was kind enough to assist me with putting on a new wrapping with taping and reattaching the original postage to the new wrapping. Great customer service!
