However, they misplaced the package and did not help me with refund since it popped up after a week in a different state. Since the documents were time sensitive, I had already sent it again after I thought the package was lost. Seems like things are not in control at this location Update: The manager was able to locate the documents and was routed back to me. They were helpful in refunding the shipping charges to me.
