    The best and friendliest UPS store ever! Nae helped us fix our misprinted pages for a notary and was incredibly professional. Another staff member was helping other customers and was very friendly as well. Great service.

    While the staff I dealt with in store was pleasant, they did not hand my package over to UPS the same day as promised. It didn’t go out till the next day and it cost me 3 days past the delivery timeline I was told and printed on my receipt. When I called to discuss no accountability was taken, I was told it was my fault for using ground. They had no explanation as to why the package didn’t go until the next day. They were argumentative and dismissive and clearly uninterested in my situation. Take accountability, apologize and do the right thing. FedEx has my business going forward.
