- CCClaire4 days ago1.0I visited this location to obtain notary services. I arrived while another customer was being assisted and waited approximately ten minutes, fully expecting to be next in line. During this time, 5 or 6 additional customers arrived. The staff asked each person what service they needed and informed those with Amazon returns that they could use the kiosk. I clearly stated that I was there for notary service. Once the customer ahead of me finished, it should have been my turn. However, she then told me, in front of everyone, that she was the only person available to perform notary services and that I would need to wait until ALL other customers in line were helped before she could assist me. This approach to service prioritization is both unclear and inconsistent. If notary services require a different process or timetable, this should be communicated upfront so customers can plan accordingly. Advertising a service without the ability to deliver it in a reasonable and fair manner creates a poor customer experience and undermines trust.
