  The worst delivery company ever. My packages only come up missing when this company is handling them. They said my package was delivered but it wasn’t. I filed a claim and they just closed it and said it was delivered with no proof. Weeks later they found it in the store. It was never delivered.

  I purchased a po box the office lady told me they would transfer my mail from old address to ups po box that was a lie and misleading information come to find out later they do not transfer my mail at all the united states postal service on braker Ln told me I would have to do a change of address my self then he told me if you transfer your mail to ups po box on wells branch its going to be hard to transfer your mail to néw address this was not told to me by the lady who sold me the ups po box I was given 2 keys one for po box and one for the main door outside so I can go pick my mail after business hours the key for outside didn't work the lock was damaged 10 days later I tried to get my refund of 165 the manager or maybe owner not sure refused to give back my money told me I can use the po box for one month even tho i paid for 3 months but he grabed the keys from my hand took them from me i responded how do I use for one month if you just took the keys it was just another scam not to pay me back my full 165 so basically I never use their service at all and I got back hardly nothin I had the keys to an empty po box for only 10 days This ups location is a scam don't use their service or you will be scammed too luckly I didn't transfer my mail to this location I caught it before I transfered but they kept most of my money what a waste and ups is suppose to be a well respected company I'm surprised to have this happen to me . Stay away from this place Nancy

  I live in an apartment complex I was supposed to receive a package yesterday which got delayed (I understand completely due to storm fern) i then got a notification today that my package was delivered at 11:06 am I live in a apartment complex with gates we have a mail room where packages are supposed to be delivered too usually they get a temp code and set the mail inside easy peasy but I never got a code or even a notification that my package was there from my apartment complex all I got from usps was it was delivered at the mail box…. So I go down check mail room nada, then check mail box other mail was there no package… contact my community manger no one had been in the mail room from 11-12 at all

  I normally don’t write reviews, but over the last few years customer service has declined across so many industries that I feel compelled to speak up. Unfortunately, this UPS Store on Wells Branch has been no exception. I’ve been coming to this location more recently because it’s close to my home, but after my latest visit, I’ll be looking for another store in hopes of receiving better service. The representative who assisted me (glasses, light blondish‑brown hair) was extremely rude and completely unengaged. There was no acknowledgment when I walked in, no greeting when I approached the counter - nothing. This experience has been on more than one occasion. When I realized there was an issue with one of my packages and asked for it back, he simply set it on the counter without a word. I had to ask, “So… do you need to cancel this or something?” because he offered zero guidance. Just not helpful at all. Customer service shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience, especially at a place people rely on regularly. I truly hope this location improves.
