    The people who work here are friendly, but anytime I have arrived between 9 and 9:30, they are never open despite advertising 9 as their start time. This has happened at least 5 times over the last couple of years. You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. This is super frustrating because I’m also trying to make a stop before work. I wish they would just list their actual hours so others could plan ahead.

    1st I call to see the notarie's hours. They say "hello". I say is this the UPS store?" silence. call back, same thing! go in there. Line has 2 speeds, stop and stop. I wasn't the only one who left, after about 20 min.

    The folks at four points UPS are simply the best. They are kind and very hardworking. I have been going here for almost 5 years and had the best experience everytime with shipping packages and returning.
