  I truly cannot say enough great things about this local UPS Store. The staff is excellent — professional, friendly, incredibly efficient, and helpful every single time I walk in. They go above and beyond on a daily basis, whether it’s helping with complicated shipments, returns, packaging, or just making sure everything is done with care. The manager Vidyasagar runs such a strong and helpful organization and it really shows. The team is the best, they work so seamlessly together and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and service these days. So grateful to have such a dependable, hardworking team in our community!

From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help — and the store itself was clean and well kept, which made the visit even more pleasant. While we were working through multiple boxes, they were helping me troubleshoot every step of the process with patience and care. They explained things clearly and made what could have been a confusing situation feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated how respectful and attentive they were — not just to me, but to my son as well. Their customer service stood out and made our experience positive from start to finish.   The store's operating hours on Saturday are until 3:30 p.m. I arrived at 3:25 p.m. and the door was already closed. The guy in the photo came out to let one of the customers leave. I ask why the store is close because is not 3:30pm yet , he mockingly told me they were already closed and slammed the door in my face. This store has terrible customer service. I understand if you want to go home early, but respect the store's hours.

  I’ve been relying on this UPS Store to handle my incoming/outgoing packages for several years, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. I highly recommend this location for their reliable service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  They don’t actually notarize documents here. I know that sounds insane but according to staff, “the owner is very clear about not notarizing copies.”
