Was informed they can’t/won’t at that location, that every location is different and the staff there won’t do it, but I could ask around if there were customers in the store. Let them know I’d just cancel my appointment. Their website also states clearly that notaries can’t legally accept payment but they charge a fee anyway. Was a time sensitive issue and a frustrating lack of service.
