Was suggested to use computer and login to grab documents from email. Was 5 dollars charged for computer time for this only to find that this computer only prints black and white. So then I emailed the documents for them to be printed. I was told the fee would be refunded but it hasn't a week later.
- CNChandrika NamaOct 8, 20251.0They act like amazon orders are no longer their responsibility, literally one woman was busy and the other woman was sitting there doing NOTHING by the way, and I asked them to help me as both the self service amazon returns had people (there was no line both were just occupied and I was in a hurry), the woman who was busy asked the other one to help me, and she rolled her eyes, and I told them I had somewhere to be otherwise I would have waited (MIND YOU SHE WAS ON HER PHONE DOING NOTHING), there was nobody else either in the store. She did it and after doing so loudly started saying that I need to make time in my day to wait and do it myself, she should be fired. She doesn't want to do her job. I said that to her face, I would like to speak to the manager of the store about this!
