  Since UPS stores have put the burden of processing return packages on the customer with kiosks, the experience has become painful. I appreciate the purpose of having return kiosks, but many customers using for the first few times, have to familiarize themselves on the spot, or take forever wrapping their items, or a problem with the label printer.... It causes customer backup. I would prefer the employee to process my package. They are typically faster. After all they work there, not me. But they seem understaffed from what I have experienced. Unless UPS wants to start paying customers for doing the work. This is not aimed at just this location. It goes for all the ones with return kiosks.

  I travel the central Texas area for work, so I never know which UPS store is going to be "the one". Last week, Thursday, 12/4, I happened to be near the Belterra location. Let me list out why this is a 5-star store: 1. Clean- if you go into more than one location, you will understand that this is not always the case. 2. Welcomed- as I walked in the door (on crutches, mind you) I was greeted with a smile. 3. Helpful- I was scrambling with my Amazon returns, and it made me incredibly nervous to make those behind me have to wait for my scrambling. The owner who was working at my terminal calmly said to me, "Take your time. It will be ok." This lowered my stress level from a 9 to a 2. 4. Kind- 2 of my returns were "printed label", which I was unaware of. This has happened to me before. At other stores, without a smile, I was told that I could print each label for $2. Now, I am not saying that this is a daily practice at this store, but as it is a franchise, each owner has this option. So basically, I just want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for being so incredible, even during this busy season! Mollie

  I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.

  Did a Great job… wrapped and packed 12 wine stems… all traveled safely to their destination

  Went in the other day and the staff was super friendly and even gave my daughter some stickers to play with. Will come back for sure. Thank you!
