- RORyan OrcuttJan 6, 20261.0This UPS store sucks, it’s very difficult to get into the parking lot any time of day, very dangerous, it’s also so busy all the time that there’s no parking available. The owner of this store needs to be here between 6-7 and see what a mad house it is. Also, it’s the only UPS Store in this area that’s closed on Sundays and that closes at 7 every night. At least be open till 8 daily, there’s obviously a demand with the line out the door everyday. This staff also can’t keep up with the number of Amazon returns that come in, there’s no where for them to put anything so it just stacks up all day. The store needs to be 2-3x larger for the volume of business they do. Also, it’s so crowded with packages that the print center can’t even be used, its tables are just stacked with packages. UPS really needs to evaluate the facility and move to a more accessible and larger location. See photos

Line out the door, and Shay was all by herself absolutely on a mission to help everyone get their packages ready for shipping. She was juggling helping both Amazon returns, shippings, people just dropping off, and when Amazon bags ran out. Huge shoutout to Shay - give that woman a raise!
