The counter employee stated they don’t print out shipping labels. It’s a UPS store. It was a UPS shipment. Mind you, there’s only one customer in the store. He said I needed to go over to the workstation computer and print it myself. Which costs approximately $3.50 per minute plus printing costs. He stated the owner Jay doesn’t allow them to print labels. My package DID NOT get shipped. Under his breath, he said we don’t do stuff for free. I never asked for free anything. I can’t speak for the manager, but if such is true It sounds like all of they need to be trained in customer service. Unacceptable.
