Eric was so helpful and didn’t treat me like the dummy I was being. He helped me navigate printing and my return in the nicest way. I’m glad to know if I’m stressed and confused I can come here and be treated with courtesy and kindness. Thank you guys!

When I tried to login again to verify that my password had not been saved on the computer it charged me again. Shout out to Eric who handled the printing From behind the desk like UPS stores used to do. He was super professional. It doesn’t make up for the absurd system the store has at the moment though.
