This was such a good company before they got bought around 6 months ago. Literally impossible to get any good customer service interaction. We had two different accounts for them one with our business one with our home. We canceled the business account more than 5X and they just kept delivering water and charging us each time.
For our home delivery they gave us the wrong equipment and it would never drop off a new one (several requests). Now stuck in the same situation that they won't cancel my account or pick up our equipment/empty bottles and are taking us to collections. Insane.
One of the only companies that does glass bottles so it's a shame.

These guys have been awful since the merge or take-over. Regularly deliveries are cancelled and the amount of time they require before a delivery to cancel or reschedule is criminal.
Recently they brought bottles of water, a much cheaper product which no record on my invoice. I contacted support three different times they say "I'm sorry to hear that let me see what I can do" and you are just left in perpetuity without a reply. They're obviously using AI customer service that breaks outside of normal replies.

Run. This company took over Sparkletts and is horrendous. They cancel appointments for delivery, say they deliver when nothing is delivered, leave product outside after hours even after being instructed to bring inside....Oh, and it is one of those places that makes you go through multiple people and offers when you try to cancel your service (and they will charge you a cooler reconditioning fee on top of their bad services). Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company

Worst company I've ever done business w. Constantly billing issues amd its impossible to resolve them. They have where it takes 3 days to even try to resolve a billing issue, pretty convenient for them... this company is the worst. They also delivered me like 15 5 gallon bottle when I had 2 bottles scheduled. The driver tried to so it a second time, but I randomly came home from a lunch and caught him. I made him put all the extras back in his truck. Save your time amd money and just buy a machine and get the bottles from Walmart. This company is crooked.

SCAM.
This used to be a 5-Star company before they were bought out by Primo.
Signed up with ReadyRefresh and it was great, never a delivery or billing issue. Then Primo Brands bought them out and it all became a nightmare. Deliveries not showing up, billing was no longer correct, started getting late fees!? For a water service that is month to month!? How!?
Tried over and over with customer service but Primo is one of those brands where the client is always wrong and they say all the words but dont actually solve any problems.
I finally got so fed up I had to cancel and I love my water delivery. I order 12 bottles a month and spend over $100.
They say the truest character of a company is how easy it is to cancel, well let me tell you, they try to make it impossible. After an hour on the phone I finally got them to cancel my account and then he started asking about water bottle deposits, saying I bought the water but not the bottles!? Absolute scam, since when i signed up with ReadyRefresh it was explicit that I own the bottles and there is no credit if I return them. Then, I asked him to take my card off the account and he said he couldn't. I asked why since the account is closed, he said we'll its closed but it still exists. This is when I knew they were going to try and charge me for 2 years of bottle deposits. Wow. Had to go to my bank and stop payment since the company refused to remove my card from their database.
Primo are a bunch of crooks, with customer service that is not local and does not care about the clients.
So sad to lose ReadyRefresh, but so relieved to cancel Primo.
Heading to BBB to try and warn as many as possible to avoid this scam. And if your water company gets bought by them, cancel immediately!
