They lie about delivery days and when they do finally deliver the water it’s after ours at our office, so they leave the jugs outside. Twice the gun shop owner next to us had to fight the homeless off but only after they had already stole 3 jugs. Who leaves things outside an office after 5pm?? Common sense!! They really need to do better and take pride in their company. You can tell by all the reviews and replies from the company that no one REALLY cares at Primo because if they did they would have made changes by now.

I have complained to customer service and they are very polite but have no control over delivery drivers. They show they are coming and don’t show up. I have a party tomorrow and really need this delivery. Customer service says they have till 5pm. It’s almost 5 so will see, if they don’t I’m cancelling my service. So frustrating

They schedule deliveries don't show then CHARGE YOU anyway. They add items like plastic cold cups to orders and charge quadruple their original price when they're just dollar store quality. I've reached out so many times and they never get it right I cancelled services. I just got an email saying they picked up our empty which they owe us for and NO ONE CAME. This isn't the first time either. I WOULD SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NOT USE THEM. I seriously feel my blood pressure go up dealing with them. Never again
