My order was originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, then it was pushed to Thursday, September 18, then Friday, September 19, then Monday, September 22. Suddenly, it was pushed again to Tuesday, September 23—only for me to log in to my account and see it had been rescheduled all the way to TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21. My order this month was skipped - that was the final straw! 😡 Not once was I notified about these constant changes. I had to keep finding out on my own. When I finally called to cancel my service, I discovered the call center was located in SOUTH AMERICA. When I told the CSR I wanted to cancel, I was transferred again—this time to the Philippines! What happened to keeping jobs in the U.S.? This is supposed to be an American company, yet all customer service is outsourced to other countries. I am DONE with Ready Refresh. Their unreliable service and lack of communication make them a company I DO NOT recommend to anyone!!
